Vacation Rental Description

The villa is located in a WCI 24/7 gated adult community Pelican 
Preserve. This villa condo is new, it has a fabulous 
water view from the lanai, living room and master bedroom. The 
grounds feature manicured lawns and greenery, tropical Audubon 
preserves and glimmering lakes. We are available to answer any of 
your questions.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This villa condo is beautifully furnished in neutral tones, 
available for rent. 
Telephones with an answering machine for local calling only, heat 
and air conditioning, cable TV's, DVD player, stereo, fully equipped 
kitchen with microwave, George Foreman grill, dishwasher, 
refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, cooking utensils provided, 
linens and towels provided, washer and dryer in unit, screened-in 
lanai with water view, attached garage for one car. Prefer No 
Pets and absolutely No Smoking in villa condo.

Activities and Attractions

The leasee is responsible for the 100.00 transfer fee at the Plaza 
Del Sol, aka, Town Center, amenities, which include an outdoor pool, 
nature preserve, gourmet restaurant, arts, crafts and ceramic 
studio, woodworking shop, cyber cafe, fitness center, indoor track,  
lap and fitness pool, movie theatre, and on and on, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

Adult golf community, 15 to 20 minutes from Southwest Regional 
International Airport, off I-75 and Colonial Blvd. This unit is 
a villa condo with parking for one car in the garage. 
Minimum rental is for 3 months at 3800.00 per month, if more is 
desired rental is negotiable. Three month or more rentals include a 
golf membership, with a 200.00 transfer fee paid by the leasee, with 
this option leasee pays a flat fee for golf and cart. Advanced tee 
times are up to 10 days notice. The villa is available fully 
furnished until whenever. No Pets, No Smoking 
Allowed on and in premises.
