Price does not include required 11% Florida sales tax. A security deposit of $500.00 is required for monthly rentals. All rentals must be paid in full within 60 days of occupancy. The Homeowners Association requires a rental application/lease review at a cost of $50.00 and a background check for each adult 18 years and older at a cost of $20.00 nationally or $40.00 internationally. The rental application/lease and background checks are required. Additional fees may be required.

Reservation:
$500.00 deposit required to reserve property, final payment due 60 days prior to rental. Full payment required if less than 60 days of rental.

Cancellation policy:
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival
$500 cancellation fee between 31 and 90 days prior to arrival
Full refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival

Smoking Policy:
This is a NON SMOKING Property. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard only. Smoking inside the house will require extensive cleaning and you will be charged an additional $500.00 fee.

Cleaning Fee:
$50 one time cleaning fee upon departure. Pets may incur an additional cleaning fee.
