Open View Waterfront House On Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor

Large waterfront house on lake Tarpon. Close to 3400 square feet  4 bedroom 3 bath house has almost 260 feet of water frontage with a large dock and boat house. There is a covered and open deck with a screen enclosure  to grill or watch the boats and skiiers. The Innisbrook resort for golfers is only 5 minutes away. The 60 foot living room room and family room has two sets of french doors overlooking the open lake . Master bedroom also has a set of french doors overlooking the lake . There  a in law suite for the in law  or teenager . The pool is a portable 10 foot round by 30 inches high on the large screened deck .

Yearly rental only on this vacation home; full kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. Kitchen also has a walk in pantry and a pass through to the family room. There is a washer dryer  and 3 walk in closets in the master bedroom. The is one large bedroom upstairs in the loft for added privacy.  There is a separate dining room with french doors leading out to the porch. The screen porch  is covered and open. There are 3  central heat and air conditioners to keep you comfortable. There is an in law apt  . 10 foot round portable 30 inches high great for the kids to play or to cool off .This is ayearly rental only

Innisbrook resorf is located close by for avid golfers. Beaches and local parks for sunbathers are conveniently located. Parks on the lake have board walks, nature trails, boat launchs, picnic areas, dog parks, children playgrounds, etc. There are two restaurants on the lake and many close by our home. Bush Gardens is about 45 minutes away. The Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs has lots of restaurants and shopping or you can go to the local mall which also includes an ice skating ring inside. Clearwater beach is a short drive away. Fishing, boating, and skiing on the lake is always popular.  There are too many other sources of entertainment and local attractions to list.      

Rates are as follows $3995 a month on yearly lease  or $4995 a month  for 6 six months  and 1 day  lease
