Holiday rates are $250+ per night (3 night minimum), $1450+ per week or $3500+ per month.

Refund Policy:  Full Refund with 30 days notice prior to rental date.  50% refund with 14 days notice.  No refund with less than 14 days notice.  All pet fees are non-refundable.
