Just decided to rent this year!  Several prime weeks available!  Enjoy a relaxing vacation when you stay at 'Sea Bull'! You'll have beautiful ocean views from the spacious upper deck on the ocean side or enjoy watching the boats on the waterway, or you can sit and relax in the comfortable rocking chairs on the covered lower deck.

This colorful home offers plenty of room for the family to spread out! The living area has ample sitting room as well as a game table for those late night board games! There is also a lovely fireplace to set the mood for romantic evenings. The kitchen area has a bar with open seating - great for someone to keep you company while preparing dinner!

With six beds, everyone will have a place to sleep at 'Sea Bull'. There are 2 King Bedrooms (one with a whirlpool tub!) to accommodate the adults, and a Bunkbed Room that would be great for the kids.

There is an enclosed outdoor shower and 3 decks with deck furniture for relaxing to the sound of the surf! Plenty of parking is available on the ground level where you will find the gas grill. Beach access is close by and you can easily go boating, fishing, golfing or just sit back and enjoy the view. 'Sea Bull' is located on the south end of the island near restaurants, shopping, fishing pier, turtle hospital and the museum. So relax, kick off your shoes and enjoy an unforgettable vacation!

Topsail Island (pronounced “Topsul”) is one of the best-kept secrets among East Coast beaches. Located along North Carolina’s southern outerbanks, Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island of spacious sandy beaches and tranquil maritime forests. It’s hard to discover such a place today as friendly and casual, with such pristine sand and surf, water sports, recreation, fine dining and shopping adventures. This is Topsail Island located midway between Wilmington, to the south and Jacksonville, to the north.

The climate in the area is typically seasonal and generally mild. Summers are warm with lots of bright sunny days that are great for all outdoor activities. Winters are short and mild. Spring averages a temperature in the 60’s with scattered showers ending as quickly as they start. Fall brings cool sea breezes and an average temperature of 65 degrees.
