Beautiful views of the bay from all windows and we have a dock for fishing, too! Safe, quiet neighborhood with super friendly neighbors and visitors (very dog friendly, too!).  

Large living area, dining table can accomodate 6, cable televisions, dvd & vcr, king bed in master, queen bed in guest room, one full bath, central AC/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, antique pine floors in all living areas, tile in bath, new carpet in master, outside shower, gas and charcoal grills, washer/dryer, all appliances, wooden blinds.  Also have kayak and dock for boat mooring.

High season is Jan-April and Oct-Dec usually.  Multiple months can receive discount based upon advance bookings. Utilities included.  Security deposit required.
