Brick home with a beautiful, secluded, wooded back yard with a huge deck area and heated pool. Glassed in seasonal room with private changing area. The home is on a popular bike path.

Heated Pool, (temperature set to 85) Glassed Seasonal Room, Central Air Conditioning.
Fully furnished with all furniture, dishes, linens, towels etc. Washer and Dryer in lower level.
XM Radio throughout the house including outside pool area. Cable TV. TV's are in the living room, kitchen, sunroom and family room in the lower level.
There are many tables and chairs around the pool area as well as umbrella's on the deck. Large dining table on the patio outside the sun room by the grill.
Bedrooms have 2 full size beds and king size in lower level.
There is a shower and sitting area in the lower level.
This is a non smoking home but lots of outside areas.
