 “Seaside Escape” is a relaxing; comfortable home nestled on a high dune between two undeveloped
lots. There are NO neighbors directly next to you making it especially private!

To get vacationers in the mood, this home has been professionally decorated in a, “Tropical Island Style”. Wake up in a King Bed, look out and see the Great Atlantic Ocean! I will think you are dreaming! Sometimes, dreams do come true!

The fully stocked and spacious kitchen opens up to the family room and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as well as Guana Park. It has all the amenities one could want, such as a large stand alone ice machine, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, crock pot, blender, mixer, and special touches such as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, napkins and new sponges. There is plenty of seating with a dinette that seats two and four barstools along the kitchen counter / bar.

The combination living / dining room looks right out on to the ocean! It has wood floors, futon, comfortable chairs, TV DVD and VCR players, complete stereo system, and movies. The oak dining table seats six. There is also an area with a washer / dryer and stocked with all you need to do
laundry.

The large master suite has its own private door to the oceanfront deck, as well as a private deck / balcony overlooking Guana Park. It has a king bed, two large closets, TV, DVD, VCR, telephone, ceiling fan and its own beautifully decorated bathroom.

The upstairs guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, large closet and a private screened porch directly on the oceanfront deck.

The downstairs guest suite has a queen bed, futon, large closet, private bathroom and two separate entrances.

The oceanfront deck runs the length of the home, with a large (144 SF) landing and a walkway all the way to the beach. There is a shower on the landing to rinse off after a swim. Enjoy the round 4-seat dining table with umbrella, or the many loungers and chairs.

If you drive south for about 8 minutes you will be in historic St Augustine, "The Oldest City in America". Here you can tour the original 400+ year old fort, take a horse and carriage tour or check out the shops on famous St George Street.
