Family owned, spotless, three bedroom, single family cottage. The house is located at 66 Island Path, directly adjacent to Rt. 101. It is located on a state protected salt marsh, with views of Hampton Harbor and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy sightings of Blue Herons and Egrets , as well.
Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk area while avoiding the noise and congestion of the main thoroughfares. A truly relaxing and convenient location.
Great for families or those just wanting to have a relaxing vacation!

vacation rental rates
Rentals are by the week only and run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in is 3:00PM. Check out is 10:00AM.
Rates: $975.00 - June 16,2012 - June 30,2012(+ 9.5% NH State Tax),
$1,200 per week: June 30,2012 - September 4,2012 (+ 9.5% NH State Tax)
$250.00 cleaning/damage deposit which will be returned within 2 weeks as long as cottage is returned in the same condition as when you arrive (clean/no damage/nothing broken) and house key is returned.
NB: 50% deposit of all charges required when week(s) confirmed. Balance due 45 days before rental date but no later than June 1, 2012. If cancelled less than 45 days before rental period, deposit is forfeited unless a replacement renter is found.
Must be 21 years of age to sign contract!
