It is located on a State protected salt marsh, with views of Hampton Harbor and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy sightings of Blue Herons and Egrets , as well.

vacation rental rates
Rentals are by the week only and run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in is 3:00PM. Check out is 10:00AM.
Rates: $1,200.00 -
$1,200 per week: June 22,2013 - September 3,2013 (+ 9.5% NH State Tax)
$250.00 cleaning/damage deposit which will be returned within 2 weeks as long as cottage is returned in the same condition as when you arrive (clean/no damage/nothing broken) and house key is returned.
NB: 50% deposit of all charges required when week(s) confirmed. Balance due 45 days before rental date but no later than June 1, 2013. Reservations made after June 1st must be paid in full to be confirmed. If cancelled less than 45 days before rental period, deposit is forfeited unless a replacement renter is found.
Must be 21 years of age to sign contract!
