This three bedroom , two living rooms with flate screen home theater system, 2 Baths, plus sleeping loft(or office) has it all. Our deeded lake access on a clean freshwater lake just across the street, 4 super-private wooded acres, beautifully furnished with formal dining room with window walls making meals a beautiful experience of forest nature. Fireplace, giant outdoor deck for barbecues with all equipment. Also near Copake lake for rentals of Jet Skis and other types of boats.

Bash-bish falls, Mount Washington, Taconic State park with all of its swimming holes, waterfalls, mountain trails, nature walks and camping.

Down the road from Camp Pontiac and Camp Anne, perfect for parent visiting and family get- togethers. Near the top antiquing center and shopping of Hudson and moments away from the Copake Country Auction.

The area has some of the best fall foliage in the Northeast and the property explodes in color for three weeks in the fall. Winter skiing at Catamount and Butternut: the perfect learning mountains (I learned there and am now an expert).
