This ground floor entrance unit is set up like a townhome. Nice deck with bench and hose to wash off the sand from your day at the beach.

Second floor host a full kitchen, living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Wireless internet, stereo system, TV/DVD player. Swing gate at top of stairs for children. Oversized space to play games or just relax. Queen Air mattress also provided so you can sleep extra guests if needed. Half bath upstairs also. Balcony off the living area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset.

Two bedrooms downstairs with a bath in each bedroom. Oversized bathtubs. Master has queen size bed, Second bedroom has two twin beds.

Back entrance door on bottom floor leads to your fenced in private pool. Large sundeck with plenty of room to play, sun or barbeque. Yard is fenced in so you can keep little ones in. There  also a fence around the pool. Outside shower to hose off.

Large washer and dryer.

Graco Pack n Play available upon request. High chair available upon request.

3 TV's , 3 DVD players

Beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and cooler provided.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

Uncrowded Beach! The unit is on a private deeded road with a beach entrance that only serves the people on this road. There is a security swing gate at the entrance of the road with a passcode. 150 yards to the beach.

Unique property. Hosts privacy you do not get in a large condo.
