Beautiful oceanfront penthouse with wrap-around balcony in Indian Harbour Beach

Watch the sunrise or see a launch from Kennedy Space Center from the balcony of our beautiful fourth floor oceanfront condo.  Nicely decorated and ready to move in.  Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit.  Four bedrooms, office, two separate living areas in 3500 square feet.  You can see the ocean from almost every room.  The master bedroom has a king bed and there are two queens and a trundle bed in the other bedrooms.  The family room has a wet bar area with under counter fridge and microwave and a baby grand piano.  This is a no smoking unit.  No pets please. 

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. High efficiency washer and dryer in the unit.  60 inch Sony HDTV flatscreen with Bose surround sound in the living room.  42 inch flatscreeen in the master bedroom. Master bath has large shower and jacuzzi tub.  Private two car garage.  More photos and a floor plan available upon request.

Shopping and restaurants are close by and Starbucks is a short walk away.  Our Club gym with indoor lap pool is also within walking distance.  Condo has pool and hot tub and of course your front yard is the Atlantic Ocean!  Port Canaveral is just up the road in case you want to take a weekend cruise to the Bahamas or a longer trip into the Caribbean.  Or maybe you just want to go out for a day of deep sea fishing!  Orlando and the attractions are about an hour away, but you don't have to put up with all of their traffic and congestion.  Come home to the sound of the waves after a day at one of the theme parks!  Golf and tennis are nearby or just curl up with a good book on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly in formation up and down the beach.  Watch carefully and you might just see a whale's spout or dolphins playing off shore.  Come enjoy a bit of paradise.  You won't want to leave!

Rates include utlilities and basic cable.  Due to condo regulations we have a three month minimum rental.  We have to collect 11% sales and resort tax on rentals of six months or less.  Cleaning fee of $200.
