Memorial Day week $2,200
July 4th week $1,800
Weekly rates per unit in July & August not including July 4th week are $1,600 plus a $600 refundable security deposit. (anyone under 21 the Security deposit is $800)
Weekly rates in June are $1,400 per week.
Any cancellation are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if re-rented. If not re-rented deposit is forfeited.
Unit sleeps only 6 people. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.
Also Available for Winter rental starting Sept 15th. Monthly rental rate of $950 inclding all utilities.
