You don't need to look for a "special" deal...    We offer one everyday on our great unit!!!  Sit on our ocean front balcony and watch the sun rise while you have your morning coffee.  Or after you've been on the beach all day and you need to relax, have a seat on our comfy new couch and enjoy seeing the ocean surf & watching the world go by.   No parking lot views here!  Our unit is Bright and Clean, and a true ocean front!!  We believe that everyone deserves a great vacation & a comfortable place to stay.  We hope you will give us a try & once you stay here you will want to come back.

Direct Ocean Front 

This is a second floor unit that will accomodate 4 individuals.  Equipped with a comfy KING size bed and a brand new Full size Lazy Boy sofa sleeper.  This unit is not a studio/efficiency.  The bedroom area is separated from the living area so you do have some privacy.  The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove and is stocked with everything you need for your stay: coffee pot, toaster, tablewear for 4, pots, pans and utensils.  Linens, towels and even a hair dryer are provided.  Plus a 32" Flat Screen TV with cable (in case you need a break from all that sun!).  A great place to hang out day or night is the beautiful ocean front brick and grass patio area which includes picnic tables, charcoal grills and lounge chairs for sunbathing or people watching.  The complex also has 2 swimming pools and a kiddie wading pool.  A fitness center with 12 nautilis stations plus laundry facilities are also available on the grounds.  And just in case you've forgotten anything there is a 24hour convenience store directly across the street.   Wi-Fi is also available at an additional charge.
