Oak Shores Lakefront 4 Bedroom Three Story 3200+sqft in Lake Nacimiento

Oak Shores Lakefront 4 bedroom 6 bath, appx 3200 square foot home!  Sleeps 10 comfortably.  Three story home with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, clubhouse and marina.  Within walking distance to the Oak Shores marina, clubhouse and pool.  The top floor is one huge great-room with kitchen, dining room and living room with a huge deck overlooking the lake.  There is a 1/2 bathroom on the top floor.  The living room has a wood stove for warmth during the winter, and ambiance during the summer.  The living room has a TV set with a DVD player.  The middle floor has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.  Three of four bedrooms are set up in 'master bedroom' style, with bathrooms attached.  The same three bedrooms have access to the second floor deck.  There is a fourth bedroom with detached fourth bathroom on the second floor.  The bottom floor is a huge game room with a home-theatre and game tables, and a full bathroom.  The bottom floor also has a huge deck.  There is a limit to two cars plus a boat trailer when renting at Oak Shores.  There is a staircase that leads from this home to the lake.  There is a private dock, depending on water levels, at the base of the house.  Half-way down the staircase, and adjoining the bottom floor, is an outdoor shower.   Lake levels are down this year, due to the construction that is being completed  on the dam, therefore water does not touch our property at this time, but is within a very short walk, estimated 100 yards.  Please see photos at my website to see current lake levels in relation to our house.   Construction is soon to be complete on the dam, but at this time we've lowered our rental rates to reflect the low lake levels!

Bedrooms:  Bedroom #1 has one king sized bed and attached bathroom.  Bedroom #2 has one queen sized bed and attached bathroom.  Bedroom #3 has one queen sized bed and one twin bed and attached bathroom.  Bedroom #4 has one queen sized bed and one full sized futon, and detached bathroom.   Three of four bedrooms have attached decks.   Due to regulations, no sheets, towels, pillows are supplied with this unit.  Please bring your own sheets (or sleeping bags), towels and pillows. 

From the great room, there are views galore!

A full kitchen with all dishes, utensils, pots and pans are supplied with this unit.  This unit has a stove, oven, coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and full sized refrigerator.  Icemaker is not hooked up at this time, so bring plenty of ice!  Bring enough food for your stay, as there are not many options as far as grocery shopping.

Our dining room table seats eight, and there's an eating bar that seats six.

The living room seats several in comfortable couches and a recliner, and boasts a wood-burning stove and television set.

Outside on the deck, top floor, there are two exterior tables; one bar height that seats four, and one table height that seats four.

On the lower floor, there is what my husband lovingly calls the 'Man Cave - Women Welcome'...  This is one huge game room with a really big 'big-screen'... takes up nearly one whole wall.  There are also game tables and an attached deck.

There is an air conditioner, heater, swamp-cooler, washer-dryer, propane bar-b-que.  There is cell-service in the home, but no land-line.  This home features a television set in the living room, and a big-screen (really big) downstairs; in the home theatre, so bring your favorite DVD's!  (There is no cable at this time.) 

This is a NO PET home.  There is no fenced yard.  Please respect this!

Oak Shores is a gated community that boasts a clubhouse with many planned events, a private marina, and private heated pool for Oak Shores visitors.  There is boating and fishing.  There is a free miniature golf course, 18 holes (?).  There is a basketball court.  There are planned activities within Oak Shores community, and church services on Sundays.

$2,000. per week during winter months with the exception of holidays, see below.  Week beginning and ending dates are flexible during the winter months.   On occasion we are flexible with the 'full week' policy and will take a partial week rental.   Call to inquire.   There is a $200.00 non-refundable sanitary deposit, and a $600.00 fully refundable damage deposit.  NOTE:  Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve) will be $2,500. per week for full week, no exceptions.  There is a 9% bedroom tax which will also be assessed.
