Vacation Rental Description

This is a one bedroom condominium unit located on the 3rd floor (Sorry, No 
Elevator Service!) in a small, quite, 13 unit complex with one outside assigned 
parking space.  The unit is completely furnished with just about every 
concievable amenity including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. 

The unit has incredibly spectacular Ocean, Beach, and Sunset views from the 3rd floor  
covered lanai (porch). This is one of the very few Kailua-Kona properties that can truly claim to  
have spectacular ocean and beach views while being within a short walking distance 
(less than 1/2 block downhill!) of a white sandy beach with protected swimming and snorkeling 
(Kahalu'u Beach Park).  
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit is completely furnished with a king sized bed, color TV with a DVD player, and 
air conditioning in the bedroom.  The living room was remodeled in 
May 2005 and includes a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa.  AM/FM 
stereo with CD player, color TV with cable (70+ channels) with 
VHS/DVD player, free local telephone service with 
fax machine, stackable washer/dryer unit.  The kitchen is complete with 
an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, small appliances, cookware, 
dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cutlery.  Ceiling fans are located in both 
the bedroom and living rooms.  The Lanai (covered porch) has a table and chairs, chaise lounge, and 
the most incredible ocean, beach, and sunset views available on the 
island!    

Activities and Attractions

Besides the sparkling clean pool and jacuzzi, there is a gas barbecue 
located near the pool area.  An easy down hill walk to sandy Kahalu'u 
Beach Park which has some of the best snorkeling in all of Hawaii, as 
well as giant Sea Turtles!  Surfing with board rentals 
and lessons is available less than 100 yards north on Alii Drive.  
Approximatley 1 mile north is White Sands Beach (aka Magic or Disappearing Sands Beach) which 
is one of the best wave riding and boogie boarding beaches in the 
Kailua-Kona area!  Shopping, restaurants, and movie theatres (7 screens)  
are all conveniently located just a few minutes south in Keauhou (15 
minutes by walking!).

$75 per day / $500 per week / $2,000 per month


2008/2009 Rates:

Low Season 9/01/2008 through 9/17/2008:
$90 per day / $595 per week / $2,000 per month 

High Season 9/18/2008 through 4/11/2009:
$95 per day / $630 per week / $2,000 per month

Low Season 4/12/2009 through 9/17/2009:
$90 per day / $595 per week / $2,000 per month

High Season 9/18/2009 through 12/31/2009:
$95 per day / $630 per week / $2,000 per month

3 day minimum rental period!
All rates plus 11.41% Hawaii State Occupancy & Sales Tax!
$10 per night for each additional person over 2! (sleeps 4 maximum)
One Time Departure Cleaning Service Fee of $85!
