from the 3rd floor covered lanai and exactly as photographed! This

have spectacular ocean and beach views while being within a short
walking distance (less than 1/2 block downhill!) of a white sandy
beach with protected swimming and snorkeling (Kahalu'u Beach Park).

The unit is completely furnished with a king sized bed, color TV with
a DVD player, and air conditioning in the bedroom.

The living room was remodeled in May 2005 and includes a brand new
queen sized sleeper sofa. AM/FM stereo with CD player, color TV with
cable (70+ channels) with VHS/DVD player, free local telephone
service, and a stackable washer/dryer unit.

The kitchen is complete with an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave
oven, small appliances, cookware, dishware, glassware, cooking
utensils and cutlery.

Ceiling fans are located in both the bedroom and living rooms.

The Lanai (covered porch) has a table and chairs, chaise lounge, and
some of the most incredible ocean, beach, and sunset views available
on the island!

Besides the sparkling clean pool and jacuzzi, there is a gas barbecue
located near the pool area.

An easy down hill walk to sandy Kahalu'u Beach Park which has some of
the best snorkeling in all of Hawaii, as well as giant Sea Turtles!

Surfing with board rentals and lessons is available less than 100
yards north on Alii Drive.

Approximatley 1 mile north is White Sands Beach (aka Magic or
Disappearing Sands Beach) which is one of the best wave riding and
boogie boarding beaches in the Kailua-Kona area!

Shopping, restaurants, and movie theatres (7
screens) are all conveniently located just a few minutes south in
Keauhou (15 minutes by walking!).
