McGovern Lake Cottage in Lake Wallenpaupack

A beautiful and well maintained chalet surrounded by mature trees. Walk to the Fishing pond, Ledgedale Bridge, Lake Wallenpaupack, restaurant, boat docks. Tennis, Pool, and community beach are a bit farther, each 1/2 mile away.

The cottage is nicely furnished, as our own private vacation home.

2 Bedrooms, with double beds, Loft bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room has pullout sofa bed. Bathroom and kitchen are updated and clean. The home has H/W floors plus newer carpet. Highlghts include a front porching w/awning, and a screened room with extra TV. Cable TV and wireless internet provided.

Boat Slips are available for rent within walking distance. Boat rentals are available within a 25 minute drive (other end of lake).

Weekly Rates: $650 in May or October. $750 in June or September. $900 in July or August, except July 4th week which is $1.000

Summer weeks run Saturday-Saturday

Summer Mini-weeks (Monday through Friday) available on select dates for $550.00

Winter ski season will be priced upon request.

Security Deposit $550., refunded within 10 days after house checks out clean.
