It's fully furnished, with a private deck, brand new gas grill, air conditioning, parking, washer/dryer, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and more. No Pets allowed. NO Smoking.

It's located 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, and the amenities include a clubhouse with gym, pool, sauna and tennis courts.

The condo location is about a half mile to the famous Old Orchard Beach pier and amusements, and about 15 minutes North to the Portland area and 25 minutes to Kennebunkport and other points South.

Area attractions: Aquaboggan, Funtown (Splashtown), Dunegrass golf, miniature golf, driving range, drive-in theater, bowling alleys, antique shops, and outlet shopping in Kittery.

October: $800/week
Any weeks after October 31: Negotiable with owner
