Pentwater Cottage ... wooded retreat near Lake MI, New A/C, in Pentwater

Get away from it all in this newly built modern cottage in the woods near Pentwater and Silver Lake. The cottage is on a 1.2 acre wooded lot near wildlife and has a screened porch in front and a deck off back to enjoy the wildlife. The cottage is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large open kitchen and dining area and comfortable living area. State and county beach areas are within miles of the cottage(2 to 8 minutes of drive). Silver Lake, Ludington  and Manistee and their attractions are all within a short drive.

The cottage is a spacious fully furnished ranch house with a gas log fireplace and TV & DVD player in the living room. There is a screened porch in front and a deck in the back with chairs for relaxing. The yard includes a hammock, a charcoal BBQ grill, and a campfire area.

A fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. The dining area is complete with a table and six chairs. The washer and dryer is conveniently located in the utility room.  The 3 bedrooms include a master suite with a queen bed, TV, and separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed each and ample closets. One bedroom includes a TV and VCR/DVD player.  There is a pull-out couch in dining area.

Season weekly rental (June 1 thru Oct.30): $1,100/wk

Last minute individual night rentals (minimum 3 night stay) may be available at $160/night + $65 cleaning fee (please enquire).

A refundable $200 security deposit is required at time of reservation. The deposit will be returned once the premise has been returned in its original condition.

Linens and towels are NOT provided. You must bring linens for 2
queen beds, 2 full size beds and 6 to 8 pillows.
