Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.  1 Bedroom condo with spectacular ocean views from the large private balcony on the 12th floor. You'll enjoy breath taking sunrises and warm ocean breezes from unit 1205. The fully stocked kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher plus all cooking utensils, plates and silverware for the meals you wish to prepare yourself. The building was recently remodeled including the lobby and exterior and offers an outdoor pool for the hot days, a heated indoor pool when you've had enough sun along with a large hot tub, sauna and steam room. Inside you'll enjoy a newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with air conditioning and central heat and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. New flooring and new furniture as of May 2008. The bedroom offers two double beds with closets and dressers with plenty of room and an extra sink adjacent to the bathroom. The rest of the unit features new furniture including the fold out double bed sofa-sleeper. For the quiet times we offer a DVD-VCR combo to go with the cable TV for both televisions. Centrally located on the Grand Strand you'll enjoy easy access to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and numerous other entertainment venues. The beautiful beach is conveniently located across the street from the building.

We are offering this condo for weekly, monthly and winter rentals.   A $200 deposit is required to guarantee your rental.  The deposit is returned after our representatives have checked the unit for inventory and damages.

Winter rentals are offered at $575 per month November-April or with other arrangements made with the renter.  We are flexible and will work with most offers.
