The condo is a ground floor unit with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit will sleep 4-6, with one queen bed, two twin beds and a convertible couch in the living room. The backyard patio has a charcoal BBQ, lawn furniture and a view of Ocean Edge’s private golf course.
We are charging $850/wk for June, $975/wk for July/August, and $850/wk for September The rates include a cleaning fee. Please bring your own linens & towels for your stay. The unit is not available for rent from Nov1 thru Feb 28. Feel free to contact us for other off season rates.

activities and attractions in Brewster Cape Cod
There are four on-site restaurants, basketball courts and immediate access to the Cape Cod walking/biking path that extends 26 miles which you could use. Bike racks are available for use near by.
There are several public golf courses nearby. The Captain’s Golf Course located on Route 6A in East Brewster, has been named by Golf Digest one of the leading public golf courses in the nation.
Brewster has five beautiful bay-side beaches all within about a 5 minute drive from Ocean Edge. Parking stickers are required between 9am -3pm. Non-resident beach passes are available daily $15 or on a weekly basis $50. For further details visit www.town.brewster.
Nauset beach in Orleans is only about 15 minutes away and the Cape Cod National Seashore in Wellfleet is about 16 miles away. If you prefer fresh water beaches Brewster has two public beaches located at Long Pond and Sheep Pond.
Nickerson State Park which is located 1 mile from Ocean Edge offers hiking, biking, boating and fishing. Trail maps are available on-line. Parkhorn Parklands has over 800 acres of conservation land with wooded trails that pass by lakes, ponds and marshes. General maps are sold at Brewster Town Hall. For certain areas of the park, trail maps can only be attained on-line
