includes streets that are lined with 100 year old palm and oak trees
as well as stunning historic houses.

The 3 Bedroom Home has 2 Full Baths and 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 8) and
the 2 Bedroom has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths (sleeps 6). The 1 bedroom
and 1 bath, can sleep 4.

The prestigious Biscayne Bay is 1.5 miles down the river with no
fixed bridges to the ocean. The Villas each have a private 60 ft.
deep-water dock, which is perfect for sailboats or powerboats. The
dock is complete with all boating needs- lights, shore power and
water. The Villas have beautifully landscaped Private backyards with
outdoor eating areas and bbq supplies. From the bedroom, living
areas, back yard and dock, you can watch the large luxury yachts,
cargo container boats and tour boats go up and down the scenic Miami
River.

The Sweet Water Villas are also less than one mile to the Miami
Civic Center, which consist of, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Cedars
Medical Center, Veteran Administration Medical Center, the Miami-
Dade government center (State Attorneys Office & Richard E. Gerstein
Justice Bldg.), and the University of Miami Medical Campus. The
Civic Center also consists of 3 mass transit centers (metro rail and
people mover) and 8 major bus routes. We are also only a few blocks
from Merrill Stevens boat company. The Miami International Airport
is less than 4 miles away and the American Airlines Arena is less
than 5 miles away. The Villas are also less than 5 miles from Miami
Beach.

Bring your pleasure boat or rent one and dock it with us for your
vacation and really enjoy all that Miami has to offer!

The Miami River Villas are located on the beautiful Miami River. We
have two houses that are next door to each other and both houses can
accommodate up to 18 guests total (This is a total of 6 bedrooms, 5
baths, three kitchens, threeliving rooms and two large yards).
