This is a newly built lakefront cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The downstairs bedroom has full bed, and downstairs full tile bath with tub and shower.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and two twin beds, the other a queen size bed. Upstairs full granite bath with shower.
The kitchen is open to dining and living area. Eat out on the deck, or relax down on the dock. Take the kayak out to see the loons, or go swimming. The lot slopes gently to the water's edge.
The basement is a finished rec room.

Cable television, DSL, dvd player. Fully equiped kitchen, with dishwasher and gas stove, outdoor grill. Full size washer and dryer in basement.
Canoe and kayak available for use of renters.
Levenseller Pond is a smaller lake, so power boating is not permitted. This makes it a wonderful place to swim, kayak, canoe and fish (need a permit). The cottage is on a private road with only a few other homes.

Cottage is less than 10 miles from both Camden and Belfast. Enjoy the harbors, visit the many small shops, museums, and art galleries. Go to a play or see a movie. Swim at one of the beaches or hike up Mt. Batty in Camden. Take a day sail out of either harbor. Visit Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor.
