Our fully furnished condo is nestled in a hammock of live oaks and magnolias. Enjoy the quiet comfort of nature while birds, squirrels, and racoon add character to the view. We are family friendly. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Many new upgrades have been made in our condo for your pleasure such as: new appliances and a flat screen T.V. Enjoy all the comforts in a home away from home condo. Coolbreeze is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and many fun-filled activities near by. Our condo Coolbreeze is named after our 100+yr. old dairy farm in Georgia.

vacation rental rates
2011 Summer rates (April-September) $700/week @$115/night. A minimum 3 night stay.
2011-2012 Winter rates ( October-March) $600/week @$86/night. A minimum 3 night stay. To stay from 2-6 nights, the rate is $120/night.
Monthly rental rates $1,200/mth (October-March only)
- Reservations require a $200.00 deposit to save the date and goes toward total amount. There is no $200.00 returned, only to hold the date!
- Rates + (11%)(7%) for state and local sales tax must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.
- No cleaning fee!
- Cancellations within two weeks forfeit deposit !
- Check- in @ 3:00 p.m. / Check-out is a 10:00 a.m.
- Check, cashiers check or money order preferred.
