Pretty Beachblock Condo in North Wildwood....popular location....Ocean Haven Unit J is on the first level above its garage.  Special decorating touches, special getaway weekends available and lots of extras.  Seconds to the Beach and Boardwalk, close to the Piers, Rides and Waterparks! This is a one level three bedroom, 2 bath condo with a 2 car garage and great private front deck.  The interior is decorated in an inviting tropical theme with beach gear included.  Guests are provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and lots of beach toys, games, buckets and shovels.  There are even beach chairs for the little ones.  An enclosed outside shower room is convenient to the ground level storage room for coming back from the beach.  There are sliders in the living room to the deck with resin wicker furniture and dinette set.  The kitchen is well equipped with lots of cabinets, side by side frig, seating at the counter plus a full dining room.  The master bedroom suite has its own private full bath in addition to the main hall bath.  The middle bedroom with 2 twin beds is decorated in a fun Beach/Surf Theme and the kids love it. This condo sleeps 8 easy plus for guests with young children, a Pack N Play, high chair, infant seat and 2 strollers are included.  Even beach towels are included.  A great collection of kids and grown-up books, movies and games are there for that one rainy day or just for family fun.  Laundry room in condo with full size washer and dryer.  Plenty of extra kitchen suppies and small appliances. 

All the necessary vacation features and conveniences:  Central air - great deck - ceiling fans throughout - Internet Service -4 TVs - DVD - VCR - Books, games and movies for all ages - beach towels included - two car garage parking with remote entry - private locked storage room - enclosed shower/dressing room for after beach rinsing -  full size washer and dryer.  Master bedroom has queen bed, middle kids room has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom in a cottage decor has a double bed.  There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. 

Just steps to the Beach and Boardwalk, close to bike rentals, miniature golf and restaurants, stores and supermarket.  Great to ride bikes in the morning on the Boardwalk or stroll right up the ramp for morning coffee or to see the Fireworks on Friday nights.  It's an easy walk to the most popular amusement piers, rides for the kids and waterparks.

Extended Weekends Available to Check in earlier than 2 pm and check out late in the day on your last day, stay past the usual 10 am check out time.  Call for Availability.  

** Prime Summer Weeks are $2200 per week - Sunday to Sunday - occupancy of up to 8 persons.  July and August are prime weeks.  June and September are less and lower rates also for May and October. 

Pre and post-summer weeks are $1500 to $1800 - depending on number of persons and specific dates.  Less for earlier weeks in Spring and early Summer and less for later weeks in September and October.

Special 3 Day Getaway Weekends are Available and also Weekend rentals in Spring and early Summer for Special Events being held in The Wildwoods.  Early check in and late check out may be also available.  

Security deposit for prime weeks is $300 and is adjusted for less than a week and for smaller family.   Once you have been our guests and return again, there is no security deposit for repeat tenants.
