For bookings less than 5 nights there will be an additional charge 
of $100 US.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
$300 Damage Deposit.
50% Deposit due at the time of booking.
Balance is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.
WITHIN 45 Days Full Amount Forfeited unless re-rented (A $75 Service 
Charge Will Be Deducted).
