This home is fully furnished in the Granview Estates area off of Williamson Valley Road and Iron Springs Road. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Prescott, shopping, restaurants and much, much more! It sleeps up to 4 adults and is situated amongst the pines and boulders on one acre. Deer have been spotted frequently on the property! Fireplace, all appliances including washer and dryer. Cable TV and wireless internet. The lot sits alone so it is very private and quiet. The deck has 180 degree views of Prescott and the surrounding mountains and makes entertaining or star gazing truly a pleasure. This is truly a vacation get a way come to life!

Nightly rates: $175.00/night with a two night minimum Sunday - Thursday and $200.00/night with a two night minimum Friday and Saturday nights
Weekly Rates are based on 6 Nights/7 Days and start at $875.00/week for 4 Adults.
Holidays and Summer Season May 1 - September 30 is $1,200.00/week for 4 Adults.
Monthly rates: Please call.
We charge a cleaning deposit of $150.00 with $50.00 of it being non-refundable.
A deposit equal to the amount of your stay is held up front in order to reserve the dates on a credit card. This amount will be refunded back to the card provided once the property has been inspected after check out.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to check-in for full refund
