The Home is located in the heart of DC, Convenient  destinations including the Washington Convention Center, Verizon Center, Martin Luther King Memorial Library, National Museum, The Capitol, Zoo and the world's Best Chill at Ben's Chill Bowl, the beautiful revitalized Chinatown, Metro Stations, shops, restaurants, and more.  Approximately 10 minutes cab ride to White
House, US Capitol, Library of Congress, Botanical Gardens, Kennedy
Center, and so much more.

The Home is 3500sq ft  of living space. Which includes 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, Jacuzzi, living-dinning room and fully appointed kitchen, The Master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed, a Huge Bathroom w/Jacuzzi and standup shower, sofabed, Mini Refrigerator, Cable TV, Huge walk-in Closet. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed,  a great Skylight view, Bedroom #3 has a King size bed, plus a Futon, Cable TV,  All bedding and towels are supplied.

The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The Home also has TV's with Cable, and DVD player, Wi-Fi, Surround Sound Stereo( ipod  Ready)(Thought out the entire house) Reset Lighting thought out the home.

Closest Metro stops:

Brookland Subway Station.  Red Line -- go out the front
door and turn Left, head to Michigan Ave, turn right at North Capitol Street and go 5 blocks. Metro on the right hand side! There is also the B8 bus that will take too the Metro as well, it's about a 10min ride.

Rate is $285 per night plus state taxes

$150 Cleaning Fee
