The Tiki Bar in North Topsail Beach

This rental has the best of both worlds. Wide open, unobstructed view of the ocean (County property and is undeveloped) that is just across the street and direct access to the sound.  This home has everything you need for a week at the beach.  This part of the beach is very quiet so dogs and kids can relax without fighting the crowds.  The sunsets are unbelievable from the house since you overlook the sound and intercoastal waterway.  There are numerous ceiling fans throughout the house.  All televisions including a 43" flat screen with bue ray player have expanded cable, and there are stereos for your enjoyment.

It has 2 living areas... great for letting the kids have their own space.  2 bedrooms have their own private decks with amazing views of both the ocean and the intercoastal waterway.   There is a large screened in porch and decking around the entire home. In addition, you will find a private boat dock and boat ramp on the premises. Perfect for canoeing, kayaking, jet skis or for small motor boating.  There is plenty of parking for lots of cars.  The lot next door is undeveloped so it gives additional privacy. 

The beach is just across the street and the view is outstanding! Lots of board games & poker for both kids and adults.  Other amenities include a children's crib, children's gates, high chair,  Blue Ray player, Play Station 2, picnic tables, gas grill, 8 cable TVs, 1 is 43 inch high definition, vlu-ray player, DVD players, VCR's, washer /dryer, Hot tub*,  enclosed outdoor shower, and high speed wireless internet access.

A highlight of the house is the large (28' x 14') pool** with deck. There is also a Tiki Bar that overlooks the pool with seating for eight people.  The bar includes a TV, Stereo, sink, refrigerator and is decorated in a Key-West style.  The hot tub is located across from the bar so you can watch TV from the hot tub.

Bedding in the house includes: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 4 sets of bunk beds and 1 futon, 1 cot, 1 sleeper sofa. Sleeps 16.
