Welcome to our luxury condo in Orlando, Florida.
This beautiful top floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has a fantastic view of the lake during the day and fireworks in the evening!
It is located at the Isles of Cay Commons at the Vista Cay Resort in Orlando and is perfect for business travelers or for families, retirees, singles or couples looking for a great place to stay
while enjoying their holiday.
Our self-catering Orlando condo is beautifully furnished and includes:
a 42 inch plasma flat screen TV,
20 inch LCD televisions and DVD players in each bedroom,
a leather sofa sleeper,
a full size washer and dryer,
PlayStation3,
iPod clock radios in every bedroom,
phone service for national and international calls,
free high speed wireless internet service and a computer and printer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including all electrical goods, glassware, dishware, cookware and utensils.
All beds have luxury pillow-top mattresses and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets to add that extra luxury to your stay.
Luxury, hotel quality towels are provided, as well as pool towels and a hairdryer in each bathroom.

You are truly in the Heart of Orlando when you stay at The Isles at Cay Commons! The Isles is also perfect for golf at nearby Shingle Creek Golf Resort.
The Isles at Cay Commons is a gated community that is located on beautiful Lake Cay (enjoy a stroll along its walking path!), adjacent to the second largest convention center in the USA.
The Isles has its own private gated community pool with a Jacuzzi spa and plenty of space to spread
out and work on your tan and relax. The pool is 3ft deep on each end and 5ft deep through the middle and is open until 10:00pm each evening.
The pool deck is large and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The pool cabana has restrooms and drinking fountains for your comfort and is within easy walking distance from our condo.
There is also a BBQ and picnic area and a 9-hole putting green close to the community pool area.
Guests staying at the Isles at Cay Commons have access and can use the facilities at the main community center at Vista Cay. You can access these facilities by using a short walking path (approximately 500 yard walk) or drive to the facility.
Vista Cay features recreational opportunities, a walking trail, children's play area, large
community pool with enormous multi-level decks and cabanas, spa, a separate gated kiddie pool,
picnic area, basketball court.
The 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse has luxurious furnishings that will welcome you.
The facilities include an internet library, meeting rooms, fitness center, theater, arcade/games room and a concierge desk.
The Isles at Cay Commons has a brilliant location in Orlando!
International Drive is lined with all kinds of restaurants from fast food to elegant dining, shopping at the various unique souvenir shops and one-of-a-kind attractions. You can even take a helicopter ride! There is a trolley bus service along International Drive for your convenience and offers exceptional value for money.
There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which is just minutes away from the resort and has complimentary valet parking.
SeaWorld and Universal Studios are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will
lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192.
You can choose to head west on I-4 to Tampa/St. Petersburg (only a 1 hour drive) to take in the
fantastic white sandy beaches, or take a tour of The Pier and view the Tampa Bay, or visit Sunken
Gardens and Busch Gardens. If you want to explore the Atlantic coast, head east on I-4 and visit
Daytona and NASCAR or take in Titusville and the Kennedy Space Center.
There is always something to see and do!

$175 nightly $1,200 weekly
Please note:
12.5% Florida Tax will apply to every booking
$80 cleaning fee applied to all bookings of 4 nights or less

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the
deposit of $200/�100 has been received.
2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made
within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
3. A security deposit of $300/�150 is payable and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your
departure following a satisfactory Management Company report of no loss or damage to
the condo.
4. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable
condition, it may be necessary to use the security deposit for any costs incurred.
5. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in
accordance with the conditions above.
6. Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking, you will receive a
full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be accepted.
7. All cancellations by guests must be received in writing or via email and are subject to the
following charges:-
� More than 6 weeks before arrival date = deposit
� Between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival date = 50% of rental amount
� Less than 4 weeks before arrival date = 100% of rental amount
8. Check in time is from 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am on the departure
date; otherwise a Management Company charge may be incurred. Our Management
Company can arrange a late check out if availability allows and following a request being
approved and payment made prior to the departure date.
9. The property may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 people.
10. All reservations are booked solely for persons named and the Owner/Management
Company reserves the right to refuse entrance to those who are not named.
11. The Owner/Management Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any booking
at any time at their discretion without having to give reasons.
12. It may be necessary during your stay for staff or agents of the Management Company to
enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
13. Animals and pets are not allowed in the condo.
14. For the safety and comfort of guests, smoking is not allowed in the property.
15. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for loss or injury
while staying in the property or using the facilities of the development. Guests are required
to have appropriate insurance in force for the period of their trip. Loss or injury should be
notified to your appropriate insurance company immediately.
16. Parents must, at all times, supervise children when using the pool and resort facilities.
17. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for failure of
equipment in the rental property. After notification of failure, the Management Company will
rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
18. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for the unavailability
of any of the facilities of the development.
19. Although every effort is made to provide you with accurate information, all information and
descriptions given are only a guide and may vary. In the event of mistakes occurring or
facilities not available due to circumstances outside our control, we accept no liability.
20. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in
respect of loss/damage/cancellation/delays/changes arising from circumstances outside our
control such as war or threat of war, fire or adverse weather conditions, government action,
strikes, transport technical problems, airport closure or congestion, airline cancellation or
theft from the premises, both interior and exterior, including the resort area.
21. Vista Cay is a brand new development and there may be some site construction. We
cannot give any guarantees about this issue.
