This locatoin has a nice size yard for volley ball or horse shoes, sit by the fire or lay in the beach sand or watch the kids play in the kiddy pool. Pontoon rentals are available and can be delivered and you can get a slip at Keenan marina discount for your boat. contact us on that and you have use of a outdoor pool and facility as well with rental.

Very nice open layout with open kitcen to living room and table for 6 and plenty of doors to outside. This also includes a spacious which includes a man cave area and a couch to relax with a few chairs and card table with large firepit down the hill on 4 acres and one near the cabin.

Gas grill for use however you supply the gas if needed,  you can catch plenty of fish!!

We have a Yacht that you can rent with the property and we have wedding set ups for the beach and you can have your reception at this location with vendors list and more for your event.

Grand Haven views lakes Beaches fishing Charters, boat rides and rentals, nightlife and the wall where  boaters tie up and watch the musical fountains and horse races just 20 minutes away soon to become a casino! Every weekend is a event in Grand Haven go to the Chamber of Commerce to see what's new the car show the carnival and the soon to come inland boat harbor with many shops and locations to visit by boat a 'little Italy' every where by boat. You can get all the way up river to Grand Rapids, Muskegon. Holland, any where Lake Michigan will allow you to go by water you can go by boat if you have the desire or just visit Lake Michigan and spend the day on the beach or on a boat!
