One of the few homes in the area with a  swimming pool, this cozy, character-filled rental is a perfect beach spot for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. The classic A Frame design features a unique floor plan that offers open living spaces on three levels connected by a spiral staircase. The oceanfront deck has plenty of space for soaking up the sun or enjoying outdoor meals. The 2nd floor loft has a twin-over-double bunk that will sleep 3 children or 2 adults comfortably, as well as a library of ecclectic titles that can be enjoyed as you laze in the comfortable lounge chairs. The 3rd floor master loft has a full bathroom with a tub, queen bed, and an ocean front balcony that provides miles spectacular of Atlantic ocean views. The entire family will enjoy tanning on the pool deck before splashing into the crystal clear swimming pool. There are plenty of beach chairs and pool toys provided.  Captains Cottage is fully furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels, beach and deck furniture, washer and dryer and a completely stocked kitchen. You can enjoy cooking meals inside on the gas stove, or outside on the gas BBQ grill. Pets are cosidered at Captain's Cottage. Reserve this fun house today!

Captain's Cottage is a completely furnished with everything you need to make your beach getaway complete.  Linens, beach towels, pool and deck furniture, beach chairs, and more.  The kitchen features a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, pantry, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and all of the plates and glassware you'll need for light snacks and beverages to full course meals.  The gas bbq grill is available for cooking out on the deck, or use the microwave for quick heating.  You can make your favorite tropical frozen drinks in the blender.  The TV in the living room has local network and cable stations. There is wireless, high-speed internet, so bring your laptop!

There are outdoor showers for use by the pool and to rinse off coming in from the beach.  You don't need to pack beach chairs or towels, we provide those as well.

Captain's Cottage is located between posh Ponte Vedra and quaint St. Augustine. The beach is quiet, car free, and ideal for sunning, shelling and walking. Yet, you are just minutes away from excellent restaurants, shopping, golf , boating, and more. Our ocean front location is perfect! Day trips to Disney, Orlando, and Daytona are an easy 1.5 hour drive away.  Ask about the optional use of the nearby Serenata Beach Club with pools and spa!

Minimum $500 reservation/damage deposit required on all reservations of two weeks or less.  $1,000 damage deposit required for rentals of 3 weeks or more.

 $175 cleaning fee.  Pets accepted with approval. Pet fees required.  10% tax applies to all rents and fees.  (excludes refundable deposits)

$300 upcharge applies for holiday weeks including: New Years, Easter, TPC, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
