Much of area is farm country, vinyards. Heated swimming pool
June-September. Ferry to Connecticut 10 minute walk from property.
Orient village 4 miles, beautiful bike paths abound, including Orient
Point State Park. Bicycles included.

beach, ferries to Shelter Island and the Hamptons.
