The luxurious master suite has a king size sleigh bed, matching dresser and night stands, cable TV, a walkout onto the lanai, shower room, his and her vanities and closets. The elegantly furnished guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, two dressers, nightstands and closet. The adjoining guest bathroom has a bath and shower. The stylishly furnished living room has views across the lake, cable TV with DVD player, and CD player. The fully fitted kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has a dining area. There is a fully equipped laundry room. The screened lanai overlooks the scenic lake and has dining table and chairs.

The Venetian Golf and River Club offers the security of a 24-hour gated community. Facilities include main leisure pool, lap pool, Tiki bar, full fitness centre and spa, tennis courts, fine restaurant, biking and walking trails.
