WOW - King Size w/ Kitchenette in Daytona Beach

We are private owners offering our beach front, second floor, Studio containing one King bed, for rent.

Ocean Jewels Club Condominiums are located directly on the world famous Daytona Beach, just one mile south of International Speedway Blvd. and there are lots of activities and attractions close by.

For this rate the room itself does not have an ocean view or private balcony but we have a great ocean front deck. If you love relaxing by the ocean, swimming, water sports or people watching you will love our complex.

 There are two full sized pools and one wading pool in the complex. The north pool gets sun all day long. The south pool is heated, open until midnight and directly overlooks the ocean.

Our deck runs 225 foot along the beach and has built-in barbeque grills, picnic tables, plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas all overlooking all the action on the beach.

There is an onsite Nautilus equipped fitness room.

It is a very clean room with a fully equipped kitchenette for those, like us, who enjoy cooking their own meals. 

Plenty of towels and a change of sheets are provided and one of the three laundry vending areas is just across the parking lot from the unit.

Fully equipped kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, two burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot and plenty of dishes and utensils.

We are determined to keep our rates affordable. The maximum we will charge for non-event weeks is $50 per night.

PRICES BELOW ARE THE TOTAL RATE YOU WILL PAY AND INCLUDE $50.00 CLEANING FEE AND 12.5% TAXES.  *No cleaning fee on stays longer than 5 nights.

Through the end of 2009 Nightly Rates include a 20% discount  that is $40 per night plus fees =

 2 Nights $142.50,  3 Nights $191.25,   4 nights $236.25,   5 nights $225.00,   6 nights $270.00,    Weekly $315.00 total price including all fees.

2010 Rates Non-Event Weeks  $50.00 per night plus fees =

2 Nights $168.75, 3 Nights $225.00, 4 Nights $281.25, 5 nights $281.25, 6 nights $ 337.50, Weekly $393.75 total price including all fees.

$75 Refundable Damage Deposit is required on all nightly and weekly rentals.

$200 Refundable Damage Deposit is required on all Monthly rentals. (Monthly is a calendar month beginning and ending on the same date.)

·  Check-In is 3 PM, Check-Out is 11 AM.

·  Rates includes all Water, Electric and Basic Cable TV.  NO PHONE SERVICE.

·  Damage Deposit is required to hold reservation·  Balance due prior to arrival date. (refundable with 1 week cancelation notice)
