We welcome you to our little slice of paradise!  A great vacation rental at Oceano Beach.  Oceano Beach is famous for its long stretch of beach where camping, driving off road, horse back riding, surfing, fishing, jet skiing or ATV rentals can take place. 15 second walk to the sand. Breathtaking ocean views. Roof top deck with 360 views of ocean and mountains, built-in BBQ, sink, dining room/table, patio furniture.  Enjoy coffee on the front balcony while enjoying the surf.  Clean and cozy!  This home truely has the homeowners TLC.

This 2,400 Sqft cozy home features 3 bedrooms and 2.50 bathrooms. Master bedroom has one king size bed and newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, two shower heads, and ocean views.  Jack and Jill set-up downstairs.  Front bedroom has one king size bed, couch and TV.  Second downstairs bedroom has two double and one twin bed with a trundle. Upstairs couch has a pull-out. Spacious kitchen with commercial stove/oven and refrigerator, center island. Inside laundry, two car garage,
dining table located by sitting area, with an ocean view. The upstairs deck has a 360 view of beach and mountains. Built-in BBQ.  Dine up here!

Furnishings & Supplies:  Direct TV, local phone..  A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, waste can liners, and bath soap is provided to start your stay.  Great and comfortable mattresses.  Sheets are supplied. Please bring your own towels.  Tenants are responsible for bringing/purchasing additional supplies/cleaners.  Be sure to bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as no inventory in the home is allowed at the beach. 

The area entertains a host of other recreational activities.  You can take a stroll out to the Pismo Beach Pier, go bowling, play tennis, shop at the outlets, hike at several of the countys state parks, waterski at Lake Lopez, tour the majestic Hearst Castle, go wine tasting at several of the award wining local wineries, fish, or just plan relax at the Surf.
 
A variety of special events take place during the year including the Fathers Day weekend car show, 4th of July fireworks, Jublee by the Sea, Monarch Butterfly Festival, Band Review, Western Days and Dixieland Jazz Festival, Melodrama, just to name a few.

Holiday rental rate $400 per night.

Three night minimum from Memorial through Labor Day weekends.  Two night minimum the rest of the year. 

July 4th, five night minimum @ $500 per night.
