This one-bedroom beachfront condo offers beautiful, panoramic Gulf views from inside the unit and outside on the porch. Guests walk from the porch directly to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach.  

The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry. The dining area has a new table and chairs. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom, a built-in bunkbed in the hallway, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.  The condo can accommodate up to six guests.  The condo also has high-speed Internet access if you want to bring a laptop computer.

Mistral is ideally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful throughout several beach towns along Scenic 30-A. Activities also abound. Take a guided tour on one of the areas rare coastal dune lakes, or venture out on your own. Bike on trails through quiet pine forests or on the paved bike path that parallels the beach. The possibilities are endless. Mistral Unit #4 is the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation.

* There is usually a 4-night minimum stay requirement over the following holidays - Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.  

Shorter stays will be considered in any season closer to an arrival date if the property has not booked.

We accept MasterCard or Visa.  Otherwise, U.S. checks will be accepted if received within 7 days from the time you make the reservation.  However, personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of an arrival.
