Affordable paradise vacation cottage with on the waterfront, with magnificant views.  Upper level:  queen bed, full kitchen, bath with linens, queen bed in bedroom, TV nook, living/sunroom, screened porch, dining area.  Lower level:  studio with built in twin beds, full kitchen, bath with linens, screened porch.  Within easy walking distance of groceries, restaurants, shops and magnificiant beaches.  Snorkeling fantastic on pristine reefs.   There is a community pool at the famous Nippers Bar and Restaurant, easy short walk  from our home. Abaco Sea Fan may be rented separately, or together for complete privacy for each couple.  An ideal affordable vacation.  Sit on the screened porch, enjoy your meal, or drink, and watch the boats drift by, or see unbelievable sunsets every night.

We offer satellite TV upper level, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender beautifully appointed living/sun room, dining area.    Wi Fi connection available.  Screened porch offers stupendous views of the harbour.  A true island paradise that will fit in your vacation budget plans. Rate for upper level only:  $850/wk + caretaker fee of $130.

Lower Level:  A light, airy, spacious apartment with  full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and stove/oven, bath, built in twin beds, screened porch with magnificant views. Wi Fi connection available.   A very affordable tropical get-a-way at $550/wk/2 persons + $80 caretaker fee.

Splendid beaches, snorkeling with reefs easily accessible, swimming,  fishing, hiking, biking, or just relaxing.  A true paradise affordable and unique.  Four restaurants for your dining pleasure , a grocery shop, weekly pot lucks, Bacci Ball, pizza nights, chicken-in-a-bag on Friday nights at Nippers, Pig Roast at Nippers every Sunday.  Nippers famous beach bar and grill only a few minutes walk from our home, with a pool that all are invited to use.
