We offer satellite TV upper level, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender beautifully appointed living/sun room, dining area.    Wi Fi connection available.  Screened porch offers stupendous views of the harbour.  A true island paradise that will fit in your vacation budget plans. Rate for upper level only:  $850/wk+ 10% bahamas tax  + caretaker fee of $130.

Lower Level:  A light, airy, spacious apartment with  full kitchen including cable TV,  microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and stove/oven, bath, built in twin beds, screened porch with magnificant views. Wi Fi connection available.   A very affordable tropical get-a-way at $550/wk/2 persons + 10% bahamas tax + $80 caretaker fee.

Splendid beaches, snorkeling with reefs easily accessible, swimming,  fishing, hiking, biking, or just relaxing.  A true paradise affordable and unique.  Four restaurants for your dining pleasure , a grocery shop, weekly pot lucks, Bacci Ball, pizza nights, chicken-in-a-bag on Friday nights at Nippers, Pig Roast at Nippers every Sunday.  Nippers famous beach bar and grill only a few minutes walk from our home, with a pool that all are invited to use.
