wonderful conch home on the best location in Key West. has a wonderful landscaped yard with large deck and swimming pool . out door eating area in a covered gazebo. very nicely decorated with nice art and comfortable furniture. has sony flat screen tv and stereo sound system with CD and DVd player too. Has two seperate bedrooms with attached bathrooms located at each end of home for nice privacy to each bed room suite. modern kitchen and dinneng room too. all appliances are in good working order including stove and oven , micro wave, oven dishwasher new refrigerator with freezer and washer and dryer located just off the kitchen in a cupboard. has a nice Front porch with 2 person swing. home is lived in during the winter so everything is up to date and working by the owner,. no rental in the winter months just occupied by the owner. No Pets Please.
