Cute and cozy one and two bedroom cottages sit right next door to each other.  Only one block from the beach in nice secluded Lincoln Beach, conveniently located between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. 

One bed cottage has gas fireplace, full kitchen, fantastic ocean view, cable tv, queen sofa bed in living room, bunk beds in bedroom

Two bed cottage has hot tub on deck with just peek at ocean from tub.  Queen size bed in bedroom and full size futon in room that adjoins bathroom.  Both are self cleaning cottages and guests must sign cleaning/guest agreement which entails cleaning before you leave, bringing your own trash bag and removing your own trash and replacing paper products. 

Located in between Lincoln City with its outlet mall and casino and Depoe Bay with its wonderful fishing, antique stores and whale watching.  Newport Aquarium only 12 miles away! 

Rates vary by season.  Winter and Spring rates only $45 and $55 per night depending on cottage, with two night min stay required up to April 30th. After April 30, 2009 rates are $65 and $75 per night for summer weekends (Fri and Sat nights).  Weekly rate still only $45 and $55 per night (Sun to Thurs nights).  If you book for one week (7 nights) the 7th night is free!
