The property "High Life " is a luxurious villa-maisonette built on the hill over the Houlakia
Bay, North from Mykonos Town (Houlakia named the beach with big and smoothly round
stones). Built in traditional Cycladic style, the use of local materials such as stone, wood
and marble, assembled by specialized craftsmen, combines high quality with comfort. It is
an ideal destination for relaxation, with exterior places perfect for entertaining.
High Life offers all of the modern necessities and esthetics as well as privacy, combined
with breathtaking view of Mykonos Town, Harbor, surrounding islands of Tinos, Syros and

Villa High Life is built on 3 levels:
The Lower level: 2 large bedrooms with double beds and separate bathroom, a large living
room with fireplace and just in front of it the veranda (200 sq m) with built in seating area
and pergolas offering magnificent sea view.
The Middle level : main entrance into the living area. Large open plan kitchen (8 people)
connected with the living room with built in seating area and fire place as well as one step
higher level lounge.
The Upper Level: a studio with double bed and en suite bathroom, very charming and
private with the balcony overlooking the Aegean sea.
At the top of the property with separate entrance a very hip panoramic apartment offers
space, style and comfort.
One well-appointed double bedroom which features en suite
modern bathroom an open living room and a small kitchen.
A single bed is available for sleeps one more Guest.
Large huge veranda with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and view to Tinos to Delos island and to the Port of
Mykonos.
