Welcome to the Sunbird, a gulf-front resort community located directly on "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches"!  My penthouse condo has just what you are looking for so you can relax and enjoy your vacation getaway.  One bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining full bath.  Kitchen, living room, dining area, and private balcony with breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  This gulf-front "C" unit has ceramic tile floors throughout, with berber carpet in the bedroom.  Micro-fiber comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room, and tastefully decorated in all rooms.  Glass from ceiling to floor in the living room to allow beautiful views (to the east and south) from the 12th floor of the west tower.   

This unit is fully equipped including: microwave, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator w/ automatic ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, blender, toaster, bathroom hair dryer, stacking front-load washer/dryer, iron & board, bedroom alarm clock, 26" flat-screen t.v. in living room, 19" flat-screen in bedroom, cable t.v. (includes HBO), DVD player, VCR,  CD/stereo, local phone, & free wi-fi. 

All linens are supplied including: fluffy bath towels, luxury sheets, kitchen towel, and dishwasher detergent blocks.

Swimming, shelling, windsurfing, kayaking, boating, parasailing, fishing, jet-skiing, tennis, shuffleboard, golf, racquetball, local zoo, Ripleys Museum, miniature golf, movie theater, & plenty of restaurants offering fine dining.  Pineapple Willies beachfront restaurant is right next door featuring the Pier Bar with music, cocktails, food & fun directly on the gulf of Mexico. 

MAR 1st - end of MAY: $125/night; $700/week

Memorial Day - AUG 15th: $150/night; $800/week

AUG 16th - OCT 31st: $125/night; $650/week

NOV 1st - FEB 28th: $95/night; $850/month

Please add 12% Florida taxes to rates.  Additional fees: $50 end-of-stay cleaning, $15 on-site gated parking, $2/guest i.d. bracelets, & $200 refundable security deposit.
