Two bedroom townhouse sleeps six comfortably - Master Bedroom and guest bedroom each sleep two, and the living room has a foldout couch for another two. Leather furnishing, dining room, cable TV, Internet, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer.

Newly renovated kitchen has a dishwasher, coffeemaker, pancake griddle, toaster, full size fridge and stove, along with all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glasses you’ll need. Extras include all the bedding and towels, iron and ironing board. TV, DVD, and VCR cable, bring your laptop, and we include internet, and printer

Lots of great fishing spots including the Flagler Beach Municipal Pier, restaurants with ocean front dining, gift shops and a whole host of recreational facilities like hiking, biking, golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, museums, swimming, snorkeling & diving, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, and shelling. Flagler's got it!

The Intracoastal Waterway also flows through the town providing countless opportunities for wildlife viewing, boating, sailing and even more fishing.

The following rates apply to rents of one month or more. Email or call for rates if your stay will be shorter. Lower rates than those noted below are available for tenancies of six months or more.

**No time is held until the $300.00 reservation/security fee is received. This fee is refundable after the rental term is completed and the property is left undamaged or if the renter cannot appear as scheduled, but gives at least 4 weeks written notice. If a 4 week written cancellation is not received the $300.00 deposit is forfeited.
