"Dreams Begin" is an executive 4 bed 3 bath villa with SW
facing pool and jacuzzi. Built and finished to a very high standard,
on the new prestigious High Grove Community.

It has two masters both with king size beds, en-suite bathroom, 19”
TV’s Alarm clock, Radio Hair Dryer and walk in closet.

Bedroom 3 and 4 both have twin beds 13” TV’s, walk in closets and
share a bathroom that also has a hair dryer and good supply of
towels.
We have also provided a crib in one of the bedrooms.

The Kitchen Dinner is fully equipped with every thing you will need
if you decide to eat in! A cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer,
ice maker, a full range of small electrical items like blender,
toaster, coffee maker to name a few. There is also enough cutlery
and crockery for ten guests.
A washer and dryer are found in the utility room.

The family room has a chair and two sofas (one that doubles as a
queen sofa sleeper) 37” wide screen TV, DVD VCR, Playstation 2. We
have added a selection of DVD’s, PS games, videos and board games
for you enjoyment.

New games room, play air hockey, pool, pop a shot and darts!!

Outside is a fully screened 26’ by 14’ pool and jacuzzi spa, the
decking is block paved and is furnished with a table, padded chairs
and lounger’s.
All doors to the pool have alarms for your piece of mind.
