Contains 4 master suites with private bathrooms, a bunk room for 9 kids on lower level and another teen room with two queen beds nearby. All Bedrooms feature TV/VCR with digital cable. Main floor has a living room with atrium ceiling, large dining room and kitchen with bar all combined into an open great room with high ceilings and broad views of the gulf. Amply supplied kitchen has two refrigerators and dishwashers, lots of counter space and stove island. Two full-sized washers and dryers in laundry room.  

Heated, "L" shaped, fenced in pool with deck chairs, rocking chairs on the upper porches, charcoal grills, large flat screened high def TV/DVD in living room. Broadband hookup in kitchen area.

New town of Seaside is 2 miles away with bike rentals, tennis courts, book store and shopping area. Destin is 20 miles west with major shopping area, lots of activities for the kids and large discount store outlet.

Year round rental period, sunday to sunday in summer and spring break, cleaning fee applies for less than 4 days, 11% occupancy taxes added to base rate. extra cost to heat pool except in summer season. No smoking or dogs.
