Vacation Rental Description

Spring Run at The Brooks is a gated golf community developed by the 
award winning Bonita Bay Group. It is very conveniently located in 
north Bonita Springs off Highway 41 and is only a 10-20 minute drive 
to the beaches, airport, Fort Myers and Naples. A perfect location.
 
Our carriage home, built in 2002, has two bedrooms and a den, is 
well equipped and professionally decorated in the Florida style and 
even has beach chairs and towels ready for your use. It is a first 
floor end unit with many windows and has a nice view (with no cart 
path) of the golf course. It also has an attached garage. 

The Hidden Lakes neighborhood is beautifully landscaped, and is 
convenient yet private. The pool and hot tub area is just a short 
walk. The Brooks is a great way to enjoy the Florida sun, fun and 
golf.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Spring Run Country Club is a Gordon Lewis designed golf course with 
a spacious, recently expanded club house that caters to the golfers 
and non-golfers alike. It has both formal and casual dining with 
excellant food. It also has tennis courts and an adequate fitness 
facility.
 
The golf course is very playable, in great condition at all times 
and compares favorably with any other country club in the Bonita-
Naples area.
 
The best part of Spring Run is the people, there are many year 
round residents and everyone is very friendly and make you feel like 
part of the community. In fact, during the season, Hidden Lakes has 
a weekly Happy Hour get-together at the pool area so you can meet 
new friends and find additional golf partners.



Golf privileges are available and a membership can be transferred 
for a $238.00 fee. Transfer members then pay only a cart fee. 

Our Carriage Home has all the comforts of home including a 32' TV 
with surround sound and a CD/DVD player. The spacious lanai has 
seating for six and the dining room table seats six and has two 
extra leaves for a total seating of ten. 

The master bedroom has a large bathroom and walk-in closet and a new 
king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the den has a queen 
sleeper sofa and a work desk.

There are also two bicycles and a car carrier for your bike riding 
pleasure. 

Activities and Attractions

The Brooks has miles of biking and walking trails and the Naples-
Bonita area has everything you want including great beaches, 
shopping, restaurants and sightseeing and the new Coconut Point Mall, 
just down the street, is fantastic.

February - $3800
March - $3800

A security deposit of $500.00 will be needed and a cleaning charge 
of $100 at the end of your rental period will also be charged.

All utilities, including electricity, telephone (w/o long distance), 
and Cable TV will be paid by the owner. Internet access is available 
at the clubhouse or can be added to cable service for a small fee.

Multiple months may be discounted and two week rentals are also 
available. Please contact us.
 
Please no smoking and no pets.

11% State and Local Tax is required and added to the rental fee.
$100 Homeowners association application fee is also added.
