Spring Run at The Brooks is a gated golf community developed by the award winning Bonita Bay Group. It is very conveniently located in north Bonita Springs off Highway 41 and is only a 15-20 minute drive to the beaches, airport, Fort Myers and Naples. A perfect location.

Our carriage home, built in 2002, has two bedrooms and a den, is well equipped and professionally decorated in the Florida style. It is a first floor end unit with many windows and a nice view of the golf course. It also has an attached single garage.

The Hidden Lakes neighborhood is beautifully landscaped, and is convenient yet private. The pool and hot tub area is just a short walk. The Brooks is a great way to enjoy the Florida sun, fun and golf.

Spring Run Golf Club is a Gordon Lewis designed golf course with a spacious club house that caters to the golfers and non-golfers alike. There is both formal and casual dining and the food is great. There is also tennis courts, bocce ball and a fitness facility.

The golf course is very playable, in great condition at all times and compares favorably with any of the clubs in the Bonita-Naples area.

The best part of Spring Run is the people, there are many year round residents and everyone is very friendly and make you feel like part of the community. In fact, during the season, Hidden Lakes has a weekly Happy Hour get-together at the pool area so you can meet new friends and find new golf partners.

Golf privileges are available and membership can be transferred for a $318.00 fee. Transfer members then pay a cart fee.

Our Carriage Home has all the comforts of home including a wide screen HDTV with a surround sound and CD/DVD player. The spacious lanai has seating for six and the dining room table seats six and has two extra leaves. Local phone, basic cable TV and wireless internet is included.

The master bedroom has a large bathroom and walk-in closet and a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the den has a queen sleeper sofa and a work desk.

There are beach chairs, umbrella and two bicycles and a car carrier ready for your enjoyment.

The Brooks has plenty of biking and walking trails and the Naples-Bonita area has everything you want including great beaches, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and the Coconut Point Mall is just down the street.

11% State and Local Tax is required and added to the rental fee.
$100 Homeowners association application fee is also required.
