Spacious two story vacation chalet with knotty pine walls, beam
ceilings and a large cozy rock fireplace. The home offers 5 separate
sleeping areas; 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 4 twin beds, and 1 queen
sofabed. Sleeps 12. All bedding is furnished Linens/towels,blankets,
pillows,wash cloths,dish towels.There is a Bus shuttle service that
picks up passengers at 10th & Glorene Streets, one block from the
chalet. A great way to tour the Tahoe basin, Beaches and
Casinos.

Winter/Spring by the week $1400 + city room taxes.
Summer/Fall by the week $1300 + city room taxes. Usually sunday to
Sunday.
Weekends $525 + tax, two nights. Long weekends or three night stays
are $700 + tax for up to twelve people pets are extra.
Add $175 + tax for each additional night.
Christmas/New Years by the week $2100 + city room taxes.
$25 + tax per pet per day. Twelve people maximum occupancy. Five cars
maximum parking on property. On street parking is illegal with a fine

A $300 Reservation/security deposit is required with all rentals.
Regular house cleaning service is provided on the last day after
departure. Exception: To receive full security deposit refund,
renter's are required to do all kitchen cleaning.
Pot,pans,dishes,stove top,ovens,counter tops,refrigerator,floor,etc.
Cleaning agents and equipment are supplied. Owner's furnish all
bedding,linens,towels,wash clothes,dish towels. Renters need to bring
their own beach towels. Firewood available for purchase by the bundle
at local super markets & hardware stores.
